Child Safety Standards

Effective date: June 16, 2026

Our commitment

AG Colony ("the App") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our community safe and to complying with all applicable child safety laws, including the laws of India and the standards set out in Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is strictly prohibited.
  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is forbidden and will be reported to the authorities.
  • Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of child endangerment is prohibited.

How we prevent abuse

  • User-generated content posted to the community wall is subject to removal, and accounts that violate these standards are removed.
  • We provide in-app tools for users to report content or behavior that raises a child safety concern.
  • Reported content is reviewed promptly, and content that violates these standards is removed.

Reporting a concern

If you encounter content or behavior in the App that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately using the in-app report function or by emailing our child safety point of contact at rohan@sharkify.ai. Confirmed CSAM is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant regional and national authorities in India.

Reporting to authorities

We comply with all relevant child safety laws and report apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the appropriate regional and national authorities. In India, concerns may also be reported to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling the cybercrime helpline 1930.

Point of contact

Our designated child safety point of contact can be reached at rohan@sharkify.ai. This contact is able to respond to questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.

Changes to these standards

We may update these standards from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised.
