AG Colony ("the App") is a civic engagement platform for residents of AG Colony, Ward 209, Hyderabad, Telangana. It is developed and operated by Devsharkify (contact: devsharkify@gmail.com).

• Phone number — collected during sign-in to send a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Your number is used only for authentication.
• Location (precise GPS) — collected only when you use the Fitness Tracker feature and only while the feature is active. Used solely to draw your route on-screen and calculate distance.
• Photos — when you attach a photo to a civic issue report or a community wall post, that image is uploaded so it can be displayed to other residents.
• App data (profile, issues, preferences) — stored on your device. Content you explicitly submit, such as a report or a post to the community wall, is transmitted so it can be shown to others.

• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use advertising SDKs.
• We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.

Data transmitted by the App is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle.

On-device data remains under your control and can be cleared at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data using the account deletion page or by clearing the app's storage in your device settings.

This app is intended for residents aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. See our Child Safety Standards.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when it was last revised.
